A note about scheduling at Chartwell Childcare:
At Chartwell Childcare, we aim to support families by offering flexible scheduling whenever possible. If a family requests an additional day beyond their child’s regular schedule, and space is available, we’re happy to accommodate. A drop-in fee will apply for these extra days, which are exclusively available to currently enrolled students. Please note that we cannot switch scheduled days. For details on drop-in fees, feel free to contact our team.
We also welcome new family applications throughout the year. To ensure a spot in our enriching programs designed to nurture your child’s growth and development, we encourage early registration.

Centre Closures
Centre Closures In case of inclement weather conditions or power outages which prevent Chartwell Early Learning from providing service to families, the centre's branches will make an early morning decision to close the place based on our School District.
Snow closures – in heavy snowfall, our priority is the safety of our families and staff. We expect to be open every day throughout the winter. However, if the public schools in your School District have decided not to open schools because the roads are deemed too unsafe for travel Chartwell will also be closed.
